From much earlier on, I’ve felt that this was an isekai-matrix type story, even before it was obvious. I think I first thought that when I saw it mention the assimilation rate, and it’s still my guess now.
i think the next few chapters should just focus on him getting his skills back from the person who stole them >:(

The feeling that skelly is kevin…hmmm…
It’s always felt so odd how compliant they are, it feels eerie. It goes beyond companionship it feels programmed, it’s like a game and the other characters just exist to bolster Skelly. It just feels very unnatural in terms of how accepting they are of the world regressing and their indifference to their own deaths. Whether that’s intentional or bad writing remains to be seen however I hope it’s intentional as a plot point where we can see more people like those “administrators” who appear human yet can change the laws of this world and take Skelly’s skills and freeze time. It’s as if Skelly is a virus within this world and these “administrators” are fighting to maintain balance. However this asks the reason of WHY Skelly exists, we know neither his real name or how he woke up as we know his tombstone was rubbed out and he woke up before Rubia even got there. The only thing we can assume is that the entire plot revolves around Kevin Ashton, whether Skelly is him or not. Also, he appears to regain some experience or knowledge when his assimilation drops marginally. Does he get stronger or is he slowly freed of the chains holding back his power. We also have to see what happens when it reaches zero, and we’ve only met 3/7 Red Flake members. Wouldn’t Skelly have to meet Kevin to get this to 7? Or is that 7 excluding him?
Well that was a nice binge. Now I wait.
I mean if they clear the scenario. Rubia will be able to help in future reincarnations of Skelly.

annnddd caught up!! the end of season 3 was dumb (right before200) it was a forced ending. but the good thing on what Gilles said after hearing the story for the first time… Naynawoo and Isaac arent completely gone… she said their presences/names were under a heavy barrier. and she still gets affected by it each time it was told.
