Wait so if im correct the world returned back to the medieval age then that means something or someone has to power to wipe out a whole age of technology and return it back to medieval age within 300 or so years not to forget the fact they probably have lived for hundreds of years plus it’s weird mc has the window and don’t forget there’s many futuristic things like the inheritance thing the nun lady had the bike and those mechanical bug things

Wow fantasy readers really don’t like the idea that it’s a post apocalyptic world. We just found out it’s all fake anyway so what does it matter? For all we know, that could be reality leaking in to the matrix like world.

Why do so many readers expect this to be historical fantasy? It is not based on any one earth time period. At a minimum, the guests can be assumed to have brought different technologies to the world that did not arise from previously existing tech. We also have almost no knowledge about the history, so little sense of which technologies have been previous developed but are not supported within these current societies.
