I think the TL botched the numbers.
We farmed well that day, and each of us ended up with 300 won.
300 won ≈ 0.20€ or $0.21
Nobody gets up for that in the morning. Likely that 300 grand is meant. Or 3 million. Or even 30 million.
In Asia there’s a shorthand to shorten large currency numbers. It is present in China as well as Korea.
I haven’t figured out how exactly it works, but there are plenty of mangas where the numbers are off several orders of magnitudes.
In one Chinese manga the MC talked about buying a house and 30 million. Next chapter it was 300 thousand. The chapter after it dropped to 3000, and the one after back to 3 million.
Which can be explained by that MC first talking about the actual number. The next in form of 100 yuan bills. Then 10k yuan bills. And the last is a typo (or the first is).
