Well, my flashback concerns seem pretty well founded. A couple wasted months to remind us that war is, in fact, bad. Plus, I just don’t care about Martha as a character, she is a non-factor in this story, and even if Martha will be relevant down the road (unlikely, but possible) this entire story could have been summarized in 3-4 panels instead of as many chapters.
