Looking back at the Desmond family dinner, everythin shines in an entirely different light. Of course the dinner is more worthwhile for Desmond when he can see what’s going on inside everybodys heads. Also, the parallel presentation of Demetrius and his father then seems to imply that the son is also psychic.
