Ok I see.. so he became better at handling the sword. And also many seems to be aware of what is the sword path or whatever that is.. I suppose it is a path with someone can become a swordmaster or something. So far so good.

He have a cheat. Cheat doesn’t equal genius. Unless you’re the genius who created the cheat. Or the cheater who cheated the genius who created the cheat.

What sets this story apart from so much other slop online is that this series actually has a Hero’s Journey. Vlad doesn’t start the story as an overpowered superman, or even as a lucky “genius” who conquers every obstacle without breaking a sweat. He struggles, he fails, he has setbacks and injuries. He has flaws and makes many mistakes. THAT is how you write a compelling, relatable character! I have gotten so sick of the self-insert power fantasy that seems to infect so many authors. Give us a hero that actually has a personality! Hail Vlad of Shoara! The Sword of the North! The STARFORGED!
