geeze, is it really that rare?
princess mononoke had a smelting blacksmith, which they could step either side to power it… better to use legs and shift balance weight vs arms or blow with lungs…
dr stone shows a waterwheel version with clockwork… also electricity…
(their benefit/wealth is no local oppressive government monopolizing all those natural resources they used to do it)
maybe his world doesnt have thaf manga or books that tell u how (since most of those are considered trade secrets)
