This guy is a contender for the most boring villain I’ve seen in a while.

His motivations are trash, his development is boring bully in highschool who never grew up. He has virtually no maturity and only seems to exist to make the protagonist look like a more level-headed fighter.
There’s no real end to this arc that would satisfy me.
If they redeem him I’m going to be disappointed. If they arrest him I’m going to cringe. If they kill him, I’m going to dismiss it as a mediocre arc. The worst thing they can do at this point is make him a long-term rival, because he’s just a braindead clown.
