That ship may be classed as commercial, given it has the indestructible trait and large tonnage, he could easily conquer small countries by just dropping that bad boy on an army, fortress, castle, rinse repeat for a swath around him. That doesn’t even count working with another country and using it to tranports a legion of troops and gear. Dual use commercial/military for sure.
