The adventure and the ships are exciting, the side female characters are well drawn beautifully, the plot is well written although there are some details skipped, the downside is the MC, he’s such a wimp beta male made me think is the author an eunuch?… This is enjoyable at least if you could tolerate the downside

I enjoyed this a lot in spite of obvious flaws. It’s not to be taken seriously; his power is summoning boats. He manages to exploit this ultimately broken power to quickly acquire great wealth and surround himself with beautiful women who admire him. The one serious flaw is that his spineless timidity with regards to those women does grate. Even the women seem frustrated and then confused by his desperate defense of his V-card. Early on, he buys a pair of stunningly beautiful slaves because he wants guards who can give ‘night service’. The two mention, increasingly bluntly, that they are willing, and eventually beg him to sleep with them, and he still won’t touch them.
So the many female characters remain adventuring buddies and light fanservice. It’s all still a very pleasant fantasy. It seems kind of obvious that the author realises partway through that it’s escalating faster than he wants, and it bogs down a little, but stays a fun read. Strong recommend from me, hope it goes on a long time.
