Thr only gripe I have with this story is how there’s no divine beings like dragons or a pegasus coming to Grandpa’s aid lol. Unless there are no legendary divine beings residing in this world (except baby Yggdrasil back there who can’t move an inch and is now forever isolated from the outside world) at least one should’ve been drawn to him. And I have yet to see animals flocking to him to receive his aura. The horse is just there from the start of the escort so it doesn’t count.
