Going by how exp is gotten the best course of action should be to visit all the types of 2nd floors amd kill at least one each of each type of monster before going to the 3rd floor .

Switching her race to Elf? Uhhh look back at the chapter where they show the races in the game. There is CLEARLY an elf, which she looks like AND a fairy, which she looks less similar to. Additionally, she uses a bow… Like really?
