I dont care if he considers Yona his daughter. Aint no random desert bitch telling me I cant say my sister’s name. You aint no daddy. You can get killed and she will go back to her family as if you never existed
Since season 2 the story felt a little weird, as if another author picked up the story.
First the nameless city, where everybody randomly assassinates each other with no population problems and then these comedy-like situations (I liked this story because it seemed very serious). Hope it gets better.

This is my guess/wish. OWL is Yona’s NANNY! I really hope that is true that would be amazing!
