This manhwa is ultra generic… regressed story, dukedom, sword and magic, yadda yadda. At least, for early chapters (until the 30s). Later, the story changes a lot. Including the seemingly OP MC becomes not so OP. The political aspects of the story also develop over time.
The storytelling and plot are okayish. There’s nothing significant to praise nor criticize, but I’ll give extra points for the emotional aspects, as the author delivers them well, IMO.
Char build is the major plot of this manhwa. It is executed well and not too rushed and jumped. Even tho there will be so many skips in early chapters. Side chars will get about 2-3 chapters for their story. Romance? Hmmmm.. MC is just dead inside, IMO lol.
The artwork? It’s mediocre, again, except for the emotional scenes, which are well executed. The details are okayish, but the characters drawings are lack sexual appeal, IMO. I can’t quite grasp the “charming MC” or any other impression the artist tries to convey. Its colouration are quite monotonous. Need more contrast colours to make them appealing. Its definitely showed in this manhwa’s cover picture.

This is my manhwa standard.. really a safe-choice manhwa. This one have quite a deep politics and emotional elements, even tho there are very few emotional plots. It’s worth reading. If you try to read it.. try to read over the first 30s at the very least. Because its early chapters are ultra generic.

Art 9/10, has a lot of great details, the art is actually really nice. Would give a 10 but Sometimes when looking at the fight scenes I’m a bit lost.
MC 9/10 Feels somewhat the same as other good Manhwas, he has his moments of being dense (you know for the “plot”) but its rarely notable. He has his moments of strengths and weakness. You are able to see his highs and lows and are able to connect with him. He has his moments were you wish the devils work on his enemies and are able to feel his conviction. He has a likeable personality and is able to also have a cold heart. Overall a well written one.
Plot 9/10 starts off really good and it’s able to hook you instantly, there’s only a few bits of coincidences with the plot and its noticed in some of the mid to late stages but the way the story flows actually with some of the plot armor its quite impressive, if you are able to give a REALLY good reason for why the hero is one the verge of death but is saved by some unexpected reason then its a solid rating for me. Don’t want to spoil much but the only part for me that isn’t a 10 is the dad, at least give some solid explanation on his reasonings for doing things, don’t just write it off as “Its for the family”.
Hot chicks 10/10 the ones i rate the most is Nanny and Nameless Noona(IYKYK)

Side characters 10/10 A lot of funny well place and memorable characters, as you progress with the story you will understand why i rated it 10.
Pacing 9/10 I see why some people might not like the flow of it, to me it had the right amount of fight scenes and leveling up gives good reasoning to his overall power up. Even some of the side arcs are enjoyable
To cut it short, since i know nobody reads all this just enjoy. Its a roller coaster of emotions as you progress through the story, the fights and art work are really good and just play some young girl a during some of the fight scenes. Thank me later by liking this.
