well, quite obvious. if the people in this world get stronger from eating food from earth then people crom earth should get weaker from eating the food from this world…

He probably can’t maintain his existence in the other world without food from his own. Also, he might have diabetes. The MC seems like a freakin airhead most of the time, it’s rather irritating.
