Haven’t read beyond this point, but I can already see how trope it is. Predicting he saves one or more damsels in distress, who are on their way to the royal magic academy and somehow the king will make an exception to allow his enrollment ahead of time. Thus, the harem ingredients are beginning to be added in a stereotypical manner.
An author with more experience would turn the seemingly obvious prediction against the reader and have it take a completely different direction. So far, the main character introduction & how he got his powers is well done, but as for the rest?
He gonna go super over powered mc mode
of corse waifu princess would be in danger

wild waifus has appeared
