now im picturing the scene from another story where a servant openly declares to the others a prince/duke asked her to spy on the family she worked for and she was celebrating it while rushing off to bs him and the rest were jealous they werent chosen to be spies.
And wouldn’t you know it, that is exactly what his father wants, and the Inner Loonatic’s plot demands of him. How conveniently poorly written. The whole scary trial meant nothing and the suspense was pointless.
Tbh his father knows that Nox have to kill him to be the next head anyways.
