Love how we get these breakout groups that you wouldn’t think to be together but they form fun huddles. This was absolutely the five sweetest of the group, and they played off each other so well. Plus anytime Shizuka and Acko are doing moe things as part of their course of action, total bonus. Nature girl is a great character. Acko’s weird smile is so endearing. A shy girl always ends up in the funniest positions, figured she would just shy snap herself out those vines. Just lovely interplay.
And then we find out this day was preserved by Renterou taking out the trash…awesome.

For the first time in my life I have never focused all my senses to examine every single panel, looking, hoping to catch a single whiff of this madlad and he never leaves even a single strand of hair. I was 60% feeling he was gonna show up but i just had to trust my senses and challenge myself to outplay this man but every single shit he does is so over the top that I can’t even keep up… I’ve lost. A complete defeat.

I love this “focus on a group of girls” chapters, it’s nice to see how they get along. Plus, having Shizuka and Ako on the same pages means you’ll see something fun for sure.
And behold our great King, demonstrating he could be one of the most terrible people in the world if he wanted. And, excentric as his Majesty might be, that list has some examples that make him sound like a pretty down-to-earth guy.
