She was sneakily in about half a dozen chapters all this time and I kept wondering. I mean, why not a maid. But it didn’t happen so I figured she was one of the few unaffected by his charms. Little did I know first reading through that she never actually opened her eyes (I was thrown off from watching too much early Pokemon with a certain no-eyed but seeing lecherous traveling companion). All it took was one look…although she certainly has heard enough about Reterou and witnessed his incredibly loving ways. So, all it took was forcing open her eyes.
Mei is actually a cool character. Completely lacking in will (she clearly can’t use haki) but a total charmer. But how does she drive when the windows are rolled up?
I wonder what her eyes look like on a color page…
