I’ve progressively lost hope for this story over the past 3 chapters.
The first was when he picked his class/attribute because he hadn’t used them before, with less care and consideration of someone trying a new build in Elden Ring; seemingly forgetting all about his brush with death.
The second was when that class was revealed to be a necromancer.
The third was when he spent half a chapter describing nothing – am I supposed to be surprised his staff has 22 attack power? What even is attack power? Is 22 a lot?

I love it that the story is sticking solidly with its TTRPG mechanics through and through, would be very funny if MC were actually able to see the comments due to yet another glitch, just like the one that accidentally(?) incarnated him to the game-table in his dreams
