MCs thought life is very jarring.
He is narrating all his thoughts and actions… it’s probably more noticeable because the story is ok but the over-emphasis and reliance on only his thoughts explaining everything is a bit lazy… no-one constantly narrates their own life.
(Maybe some mangaread readers do…
