Looks like I need to go to the grocery store to try out some of these recipes. But I love cooking with Pork Belly, but my local store stopped selling it. Now I have to go way out of my way, just to get a bit of overpriced porkbelly

I can accept dragons and magic, but the idea that medieval peasants would somehow see pork belly as trash meat and then be amazed by him just grilling it is far too unrealistic
