So in other words, they are out for revenge against Gantz because he sold them half-arse weapons. Sounds like karma for Gantz, but well two wrongs don’t make a right.

They implied the ores vanishing was some big mystery, but the only mystery is how they didn’t know it was five adventurers mining it, also the effort to mine it to the extent of describing it as vanishing would be insane. This plot makes no sense essentially, how did an adventurer even manage to raise a behemoth given they would need to travel and stuff.
They should have just gone with bandits have taken over the mine, then everything works.
