There is absolutely NO REASON to not tell his master about the eating of space magic. NONE. If he couldnt help, he would at least understand. Its gluttony that provided information after all. There is 2 outcomes: “oh, let me help you with that” and “sorry, cant help you with that, maybe we will get an oppertunity later”…. there is NO other logical response that he could have come up with. This was a tease from the author of the most shameless degree.
