The bandit cry that dont want to die. Well if you dont have enough intelligence to know where you live and the laws and you make a deal with other country to start slave trading then you should not fear to die in the first place as that be the result in that action.
Also i dont think draught is a excuse to go to other country and start to steal their elves. It only gives the right for that country to start a war with them
