These founder and developers are too mentally challenge giving up their stock this early and too cheaply.
The company isn’t a startup anymore and practically useless as the founders dont have equity in it. They aren’t profitable yet so its requires the founders to do heroics to get into out of the red. What motivation would founders have if their salary is shit and they dont have a slice of the pie.
