I mean for an open world rpg. Killing a major charecter should be expected by the devs

Why didn’t the error come when the mc feed poison to that guy ? The type of poison that would take out tougher beings then that human dude.
There should be enough in the system to take him out even after spitting out a lot.
Also the dude say he raised the mc even tough they met once and mc was lucky not to lose his head in it
