this manga is super strange : things i am assuming
1° the king title is given to lots of people like if it was a rank , ex : instead of saying she is rank B they call her a king + color
OR
2° the entry level of being a king is very low , or has a requirement of having certain skills that has good synergy and makes you stronger than you should be and your level +rank .
OR
3° everyone else is super WEAK , or have skills that dont match , or are low level and dont unlockd skills
some of these, also every king is on japan apparently .
for what i have seen a normal dude with a glock can solo the kings lol
