At least author knew if he still had rewind it’d be too much. Saying this out loud sounds dumb but I didn’t expect the target to lose their skill after he stole it. Only because most times they still have it

Wow. This is garbage. And I bet the author thinks he is clever.
“Oh, it is so cliché for the protag to just be giving OP powers. Let’s make him earn it.”
Proceeds to just grant him op powers in the second chapter.

thats bad , like : how the mc did not pass in a test that something has gone wrong and even the teacher/instructor that is a high level could not ” tank” , lol, at least the institution should asked for forgiveness and re-make the test
