So the previous chapter the MC said he’ll live for 2-300 years, and the arrogant conceited rival was the son of a Marquis, now the MC says he has perennial youth (meaning no lifespan), and the arrogant rival is the son of a Count?
What chapter is correct?
P.S. I’m definitely expecting the arrogant rival to attempt to sabotage the MC’s team, since sabotage was mentioned it’s almost a must at this point

Pfft…every time something comes up that Jilvan doesn’t like hearing, his first go-to is to throw his father’s name around. Does he even realize that as her highness’ escort, he’s expected to put his life on the line for her sake? What’s he going to do when she’s threatened, throw his pedigree at her assailant? He’s a spoiled brat who should be disqualified from even taking this exam.
