This essence as a resource does not work as good as the author intents, if we follow the authors line of think then the best way to collect essence is killing insects, (not he useless humans 🙂 ) just think about it, how big is an ant colony, or the roaches or rats? at least their population is bigger than humans. Also, does insects drop essences just as the cats did?
