The only way to make her comply is if she allows it. I wonder what the author will do to keep the story interesting while giving her something to do and giving the MC something to do. All previous times were to make her face a godlike foe, but it can get old when used nonstop.

Eh, the more this plot unravels, the dumber and more incompetent Lortel looks. Its one thing to have overlooked and not fully investigated that guys embezzlement for years, but to also include him in every move she made and give him free reign and management of the company while she was gone doesn’t make sense.
