Even the most evil assassins in the Rothfield family actually aren’t “that bad”. Notice how Ed actually destroyed the eye of that large guys’ daughter. Even if Ed was under a spell back then and the current protagonist being reincarnated as him isn’t responsible… I hope he does take responsibility for it later and have her healed or something. I mean, while the comic does hammer home how “life isn’t that nice” and how Ed doesn’t really care about other people suffering because “everyone does”… It would still irk me if there were people that had suffered because of the original Ed’s actions and that these people never got repaid for their suffering. I mean, it would leave you with a bad taste in your mouth.

I mean, even the current Ed here has done nothing but ruin Tanya’s life. While she would have had her life ruined anyway… it is still disgusting.

She really wanted to be an A level student and she deserved it. Yet here comes OP Ed and destroys her chance for this because he wants his scenario to happen. Basically, he is doing EXACTLY what his father is doing. And he doesn’t even realize it going “does being an A class student even matter that much?”

Well, I mean it does if it is ones dream.

And after that he does nothing to try to help her in anyway or make it up to her just because of his precious scenario.

Okay, he is right that the scenario is important and that changing things can create horrible outcomes. But so far he has been shown tie and time again that those things can be dealt with and that his positive changes have actually made things better. Yet he refuses to fix things?

Anyway, I hope that Ed will start actually receiving memories from the original Ed at some point and start remembering things about his family.
