the author casually hitting you right in the feels in a chapter where almost nothing happens 
and even then, it meaningfully gives the MC yet another OP power at the same time
The shadows, man. They really shows that it looks like the old man that is patting Lucy’s head
Leave it to this peak author to give me the backstory of an old man that’s been built up over the series and hit you in the feels. And this Glockt story is just one small part of Lucy’s journey. Truly a 10/10 read.
In the last image when Ed reaches out to her, she has a small smile. I think that is all Lucy really wants from him. And jerky.
