How can the bad guys always move super fast ? Like they go for a hit and when that hit is dodged then they recover really fast. Like in this case where the mc going to break the hand and the bad guy is like blink and saved even tough it should be all in the motion of making the hit and the time should be under second but they have time to think so much and do all sorts of acrobatics in that less then tenth of a second.
