Well. Ranks are always in comparison.. but reducing her rank seems kinda unfair.. it would be more reasonable that MC gets an SS-rank while she gets the S-rank

It was never meant to be fair grading. Might makes right, and the mc did something these npcs would never do!!
And that is why you don’t note students like that.

Reminds me of the scoring of our own education system; scoring based on that group/year’s average.
I’m sure it’s absolutely flawless..
On grading they should count in the teamwork just like the mc with Logan that was a teamwork as both were needed for the spell. While that Christa was doing it alone and had 2 characters just tag along for the bus ride and should of not get the share of the rating cause they didnt do anything and giving S rating was also too much cause there was no teamwork what so ever. So the exam was already a flawed to make it a team
