It’s not been explained but I’m assuming those red guild members are in a PK state so killing them is allowed, it wouldn’t make sense for the MC to become a criminal over it.
Also if anyone can rock up and take a dungeon from the group that found it, how would a solo be able to keep it? A guild makes sense because they can rotate out guards.
