gonna read the next chapter but still leaving a guess would be nice
anyway with all the hint then by taking down the castle without killing anyone and discover its secrets i can guess that by taking down the castle it would mean by literally take it down so the mc may moe everyone just as the knight have said and the retainer without a doubt is the antagonist (like just look at him it shout villian) that may have hid something inside the castle or smt and is trying to sacrifice everyone there hence the stalling so md must befriend the knight there move everyone and destroy the castle and the retainer
