Idk man, I find it incredibly hard to believe that such a simply concept has never been researched before in their world. And it just so happens that mc is the ONLY one ever to think about it…
Also, it would absolutely suck to train magical power in this world. Either you spend an insane amount of money to buy a lot of mana potions and have to drink them (imagine how much you have to piss), or you just use up your magic once and feel sick and tired for the rest of the day.
