The Kicked Out S-Rank Appraiser Creates the Strongest Guild

Ok can’t go on from the first chapter, this is just cringe as hell.
All my redflags
Female simping for MC who acts indifferent to them
Petty villains who exist only to badmouth MC and have the intelligence of a pea
And MC who has a skill that only he has and makes him the very best.

I’ve seen many terrible ” X group expelled me despite being the best”, but this one must be one of the worst ones yet.
MC was expelled from his guild because he didn’t perform well as an Adventurer, except, here is the thing, the guy constantly hires Gods for the guild, he is the sole reason they are so good, as another comment said ” Is like having the best HR department that hires the best people for sales, but firing it because they don’t do the sales themselves ”.

It’s just so dumb, unimaginative, unoriginal, bland, and illogical …. You know what would’ve been a better developement ? MC is being treated very poorly by the guild, not in a dumb harassing manner, but they never reward him, overwork him, and despite of his achievements, they never give him authority or any power over the Guild, he one day tries to ”pull a few strings” for a new adventurer he knew and befriended, but the Guild afraid of loosing power, keeps putting him down and not letting him do anything nor listening to his requests, because of that, that new Adventurer is given a harsh job and dies, with his friend dead, MC decides that was the last straw and quits the Guild, and vows to not let an organization put him down again, and makes his own.

There, I made a more interesting premise for these ” I was expelled from my group”, mangas after 2 minutes of brainstorming. It isn’t that hard dammit.
