Isn’t this kinda biased? MC felt bad about killing human bandits but is ok with killing orcs?
I know it’s different since the orc bandits went straight for kill, while the human bandits would usuall negotiate, but even before MC knew that he was troubled by a what if scenario. Up until now he hasn’t killed a single human, orcs and demons die left and right, even the dude who was about to go demonoid he showed mercy

I would say that he probably doesn’t see those orcs the same as humans… but he’s been traveling with an orc for a while. He’s probably saving the introspection for later when they aren’t in a life and death battle.
Also: people seem to be thinking that mc doesn’t want to kill, or is against killing. Not exactly. He’s said before that he hasn’t killed yet. He also said that he was ready to kill those twins before what’s her name killed them first. He just wanted to know how she did it so easily.
