it’s weird because they never brought this up, but the shackles they are talking about is the lvl60 class advancement.
even though they do not work with the help of the system, they are all bound by it and they all must go through the same class advancement as the player. but they only have a vague feeling of what to do (at most) that’s why there are no human above lvl 60 on the aquamarine planet ( and on the other beginner-planet too for that matter ).

Once again I am convinced this manhua is as trash as when I first commented.
In the light novel, MC defeating the Germinal Organization Leader was a defining moment. It was the first time Han Xiao and the Germinal Leader met face to face – and it was also the last. It signified the growth of the protagonist through trials of fire and his supremacy at the top of Planet Aquamarine. This was supposed to be a very symbolic and important event – and it was completely glossed over in the manhua.
God fucking dammit.
