its a knock of iron man it looks like a better built mk1 that wasn’t built from scraps in an afgan cave

Low budget prototype suit… cant fly, low mobility, minimal weapons (2xlmg) welded on the outside of the arms, looks like it is barely functional… 
Also thick and heavily shielded with a large turtle shell like shield on the back.

I remember another webcomic parodied superheroes… made it unique with comical names / alterations even with almost every character being a parody.
“Fatman and Decoy” (a fat batman, & robin… his replacable random kid he picked up off the street and sends out first to test for traps or hiding enemies…)
