uhh i think we are overlooking smt here
the spell created energy from nothing
basically infinite energy
and even if the rate at which the energy was produced is low
technically we could just cast as many ouroboros as it takes to make the airship fly
rn mc is a lvl 2 mage and he could cast it
so on avg a lvl 4 mage should be able to cast it
so there was no lack of ppl who could cast it either
as long as the mages set it so that the wind produced didnt get in each other’s way it should work
