Tldr, the MC is a sociopath too.
Yeah in real life, people who already went tru killing 100 goblins to get to the 2nd stage, would be filled with people who have no problem with violence, physical ability and doing whatever it takes to survive, and the 2d place guy would get ganked after the first people would get killed by him. Also this MC 100% knows “life is a documentary” is a serial killer and why would he let him live? is 1 extra level going to matter more than 10ish? lives? piece of shit mc, and really bad writing on this chapter
There might be actual reason he refuses to kill humans, maybe that will permanently cause some sort of debuff on him, like inability to be healed by healers. He might also be afraid of accidentally killing future ally since they changed appearences and will probably do it again at some point. Heck there might be one of the rounds that require to have least human kills than others in order to move forward, who knows.
Urgh….MC becomes more and more unlikeable. Letting evil people live which we know will bite him in his ass later. And as a 100 times reggressor there is no way he hasnt experieneced that someone is gonna kill everyone that doesnt vote for him. IT WAS THE FIRST THING I THOUGH MIGHT HAPPEN WHEN THE ANGEL INTRODUCED THE TASK. So he let it happen. Not exactly MC material. ESPECIALLY when the main couse that he died last time, was that he was missing companions…. STAND TO REASON TO KEEP PEOPLE ALIVE. FOR CHRIST SAKE YOU MADE THE SAME ARGUEMENT IN YOUR HEAD JUST A MOMENT AGO TO KEEP PEOPLE ALIVE!!! Urgh this pisses me off couse it soooooo stupid to not concider this as a writer
Well that was stupid, One he’s the second rank and two he was just hostile to you after using persuasion. That should have made it obvious he was higher level than you so no effect yet you still instigate him? What a shitty use of a incredible skill, but i guess he’s not the mc so it was bound to happen (that or he’d be recruited which was obviouslly not happening since mc didnt go after him despite being in the same round.)
