Well, it would be nice if your sacrifice would actually help your nation, Lakrak.

I’m out words, so brave, so pure. Lakrak – true King! Looks like his move will save huge amount of lives, and this monster-god will disappear sooner. His death wont leads to disorder, this will make other take him as model
All this for a single drop of blood?
Seems to me he could have waited hidden inside the castle for the vamp king to come and kill him after the giant god dissapeared. Regains his own castle and wins the occasion.
