So… Maybe this is in fact a prequel to “terminally ill dark genius knight” where the MC was a terminally ill person who played the game “inner lunatic” and transmigrated into the game as nix von Reinhafer..
So now my guess is that nox betrayed his friend Leon (MC) who then used the regression spell but failed in some capacity and flung nox into a world where he lost all memories and lived as a terminally ill person playing the game inner lunatic (which is the story of this manwha) just to finally regress back into his old body
Or maybe the MC of “terminall Ill dark genius knight” is in fact Leon himself who transmigrated lost his memory and then regressed into nox’s body…
