ngl I personally hate the author for changing the MC’s personality when it comes to nox
and how they are skipping minor plots (might be because a chp was missing IDK tho) just to show nox more like I can just read his stoy I’m here for Leon

Wait I think the mc and current nox both are in same time line it’s not old time line because in the latest chapter he literally said that “it looks like someone take over nox’s body” in the academy opening. So does this mean it’s the current nox who will become villain not the past one? Wow it’s kinda interesting 👀

FYI, this manga retcons a few things when it comes to comparing to Terminally ill dark night: Mostly just that in this one,

Leon manages to unlock the Necronomicon and make a pact with his houses “Demon” that the original patriarch also had a contract with, resulting in him winning the territory war and gaining much stronger undead and being much stronger over all.

However, aside from that, as of chapter 56, nothing else has changed much. Chapter 56 is right before he heads to to academy, and is also currently as of when I’m writing this, the most recent chapter. And that’s been out for two months now.

I have such a weird relationship with this Manga. I keep opening a tab to read it but just never do.I like the story it is based on so I have no idea why I cannot get motivated to read this. I have not even started it.

I like the other manhwa more because Nox lived 3 times. The second time he played a game about his first life and got isekaid back into his original world. But his memory of his first life is locked. This the premise. It was just such an interesting plot and how he betrayed everybody. I want to know why.

Now this the story here is basically “friends along the way to emit my revenge with premium english.” The thing the intrigued me was what timeline are we on. I want to see plot armour? vs Plot armour. I still like nox story as number one
