The translations here need some work.
I assume that “Dias never killed the enemy” is “Dias never killed P.O.W.s/ Enemies-who-were-surrendering”
and
“British unit” is “Frontier Legion” or “Forward Unit” or something of a nobility-centric-unit where “glory and prestige” is the goal over “victory”

its kinda funny how in manga kings are either insanely incompetent or somewhat being manipulated or completely hostile towards mc. Theres rarely ever a good king whos always just 3 steps ahead
