Lol they already showed this flashback but they decided to go more in detail that means they probably going to show another flashback continuing from this flashback and talking about when he started to not trust MC. 
Ohhhhhh, it was a FLASHBACK! Interesting; not what I was expecting, but interesting. 🤔
A unecessary flashback, could be showed in the leastest chapters of the season, if Mc in this life found the child of the man that he spear his life.
So instead of actually showing us anything after the long break they give us a random flashback that has nothing to add to the already very exciting plot line that’s currently happening (is it relevant yes but it can be added anytime into the story as it doesn’t affect the plot)
